Every case study here is a real system we designed, built and still support for a named client — not a mock-up or a concept. Each page is written the same way: what the business was struggling with before, the decisions we made and what we actually built, and what measurably changed once it went live, including the parts that turned out harder than we expected.
We work across sectors — online marketplaces, repair and retail operations, manufacturing, call centres and professional services — and the common thread is the same: replacing spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual chasing with one system that fits how the business already works. Where a client is happy to be named and to share numbers we do; where the work is under NDA we say so rather than inventing a name.
