Given how scarce and expensive Oxford space is, pretending otherwise would be an easy claim to check and a strange one to make. Oxford clients are served remotely, with travel down for discovery workshops, milestone reviews and site visits to a science park or a college when that helps.

Your agreement with the University defines what background intellectual property you have licensed and what you own outright. Software we write for you is yours under contract, delivered with repositories, documentation and an inventory of open-source components and their licences. That inventory is what Oxford University Innovation and your investors usually want to see, so we keep it current rather than assembling it during diligence.

We can build the software, and we work to the information governance requirements the trust sets rather than around them: data agreements signed, hosting and access documented, retention rules implemented, logging in place. Approvals through a trust's governance process take time and we plan for that. We would not start writing code against real patient data before that paperwork is finished.
