Repair-shop POS
The till that knows a repair from a sale
Repair tickets, parts, per-branch stock, payments and reporting on one system — with a customer-facing website that feeds quote requests straight into your queue.

A repair shop is two businesses wearing one coat: a workshop tracking jobs through diagnosis, parts and collection, and a retail counter taking money. Most shops run those on separate things — a diary or whiteboard for repairs, a till or spreadsheet for sales — and the two never agree. The Quick Repairs runs both on one system, so the repair ticket and the sale are the same record: a part fitted to a job leaves stock and lands on the invoice in a single action.
Where a repair shop leaks time and money
Parts leave the shelf without leaving the system, so the stock figure is fiction within a fortnight and the cost never reaches the customer’s bill. "Is my phone ready yet?" calls interrupt a repair to answer a status nobody can see. Jobs live on a whiteboard or in a paper book — one wipe, one day off sick, and the shop cannot say what it has in the back or who owns it. Two branches each run their own spreadsheet, so neither can see the other’s stock and the owner cannot compare them without rekeying both. And every "how much for a screen?" enquiry costs a staff interruption. The Quick Repairs closes those gaps by making the repair job and the sale the same record, across every branch.
What it does
Everything verified in the running system — the counter, the workshop and the customer, in one place.
Point of sale for parts and repairs
One till with a product grid, live per-branch stock, barcode scan, order-level tax and discount, split and multi-method payments (cash, card, EFTPOS) and an 80mm receipt.
Repair ticket management
Every job carries its device, reported fault, status, priority and assigned technician, with the full status trail on the ticket — and a queue-board view. Filter by status, priority, technician or date.
Live inventory, per branch
Products with variations, SKU, category, cost and sell price; stock is held per branch, not pooled; and a low-stock warning fires before a common part runs out.
Register sessions & cash control
Open with a counted float, drop cash mid-shift, run an X-report and close against the counted drawer — so a discrepancy is attached to a session, not discovered next morning.
Customers, invoices & payments
Contact details, total spend, last visit and job history in one click; invoices generated from the job; every sale and repair payment listed by method, status and date, exportable.
Multi-branch from one login
Switch store at the top of the screen; each branch has its own stock, staff and register, and a location report compares branches on revenue, repairs and completion rate.
An included customer website
A branded customer-facing site with a step-by-step quote form (category → brand → model → fault) that turns an enquiry into a job in your queue — plus a public page customers use to track their repair.
Reporting & automatic emails
Location performance, device analysis, technician workload, P&L, tax, cash flow and more over any date range (CSV/PDF); status updates, receipts and invoices are emailed to customers automatically.

Talk to usWhat changes once it is in
- A part fitted to a job leaves stock and lands on the invoice in the same action.
- Customers track their own repair from a link, so the counter stops answering "is it ready?".
- Every branch’s stock, staff and takings are visible from one login.
- The drawer closes against a register session, so a shortfall traces back to a transaction.
Common questions
No. It runs in a web browser on the computers, tablets and phones the shop already owns — which also means an engineer on a callout uses the same system as the counter.
Yes. Adding a part to a ticket decrements inventory and adds the part to the invoice in the same action, so stock and billing cannot drift apart.
Yes. Each branch has its own stock and staff and shares one customer database, and reporting works per branch or across the whole group.
Yes. Status changes email the customer — diagnosed, approved, ready to collect — without them phoning the shop, and they can also track a job themselves from a link.
Yes. Accessories, cables and refurbished devices check out through the same till as repairs, drawing on the same inventory.
Most shops are booking real jobs the same day: add your common repair types with prices, import or enter customers and stock, and start. No server to install and no hardware to wait for.
