Bismillah Bakery — an online storefront for a multi-store UK bakery
An online storefront and franchise site for a UK bakery — cakes, shakes, pastries and desserts by category, a store locator, and a franchising enquiry path.

Bismillah Bakery sells cakes, shakes, pastries and desserts across multiple UK stores and is growing through franchising. We built the online storefront that shows the full product range by category, helps customers find their nearest store, and turns franchising interest into enquiries — one branded site doing the work of a shop window, a menu and a franchise brochure.
The problem
A growing multi-store bakery has three audiences on one site and usually serves none of them well: customers who want to browse the product range, customers who want to find a nearby store, and prospective franchisees who need to be sold on the opportunity. A generic template makes indulgent products look ordinary, buries the store locator, and treats franchising as an afterthought. The brief was a site that makes the food look as good as it is, gets a customer to the right store, and presents franchising as a serious, structured path.
What we built
We built Bismillah Bakery on a storefront platform with the product range organised into clear categories — cakes, shakes, pastries, desserts and more — so browsing feels like walking the counter, with photography given room to do the selling. A store locator gets customers to their nearest branch, and a dedicated Franchising Opportunities section presents the proposition and captures qualified enquiries rather than leaving them to a generic contact form. The whole site is mobile-first, because most people reach a bakery site on a phone, and it carries the brand’s warm, premium look consistently from the home page through to a product. Contact and enquiry routes are never more than a tap away.
What changed
Bismillah Bakery now has one branded site that serves customers and franchisees alike — the full menu browsable by category, a store locator that gets people to the nearest branch, and a clear franchising path that turns interest into enquiries. The food looks the part, and the site scales as new stores open. It is live at bbakery.co.uk.
