Puredocs Services is a Dubai business-setup and document-clearing consultancy — company formation, trade licences, PRO services, tax, licensing and Golden Visa support. We built the website that turns that broad, jargon-heavy service list into something a prospective entrepreneur can navigate and act on, in both English and Arabic.
The problem
Business setup in the UAE is confusing by nature — free zone versus mainland, PRO services, visas, tax registration and licensing all overlap, and every consultancy’s site reads like a list of acronyms. A first-time founder cannot tell what they need or what it will cost, and bounces. The site also had to work equally in English and Arabic for a bilingual market, and turn browsing into genuine enquiries rather than just listing services. The brief was clarity: explain a complex service catalogue simply and make the next step obvious.
What we built
We structured the site around the decisions a founder actually makes — Company Setup, PRO Services, Tax Services, Licensing and Golden Visa — rather than internal service codes, so each path is self-explanatory. A cost estimator gives an indicative setup price up front, which is the question every visitor arrives with, and clear calls to action route serious enquiries to the team. The whole site is fully bilingual, English and Arabic, with a proper right-to-left layout, and it leans on the consultancy’s real credibility — its government-authority associations — rather than empty superlatives. Fast, mobile-first and search-friendly, it is built to bring in leads from people searching for company formation in Dubai.
What changed
Puredocs now has a bilingual site that makes a dense, technical service list understandable, answers the cost question before a visitor has to ask, and turns interest into enquiries. English and Arabic visitors get the same clear experience, and the consultancy’s real government associations do the trust-building. It is live at puredocsservices.com.
